How long will it take to setup my account? Account activation is done within 24 hours when possible.

What counts toward Traffic? Everytime data is sent to and from the server, this is counted as traffic. Examples are uploading files, downloading files, email...

What counts toward Disk Space? Everything that takes disk space on the server counts toward this. Examples are files, directories, databases, emails....

How do I change my DNS name servers? To change your name server you need to contact the registar company that your bought your domain name from. Typically they have a web interface where you would select an option like "modify DNS" and then you can enter in the new name servers.The name servers that need to be entered are n1.newmediahost.com and n2.newmediahost.com

How do I add additional domains to my account? There are a couple of choices with additional domains, you can either have it parked or addon. Parked will make it point to an existing domain. This is useful for when you have one site with many entry points. Addon will make it exist as a seperate web site. Addon domains can have their own email addresses with them. This is all controlled via the control panel.
